About the Role

Maison Care HS is seeking a Marketing Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is ideal for a creative and trend-aware individual with a passion for developing impactful marketing campaigns within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have proven experience in the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute annual and seasonal marketing strategies in alignment with company objectives.
Manage digital and traditional advertising campaigns with the dedicated team, monitoring performance, analyzing results, and optimizing for the best return on investment (ROI).
Lead and guide the content and design teams to ensure visual identity and marketing messages effectively represent the brand.
Continuously study the market and competitors to identify new marketing opportunities.
Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and social media, implementing innovative ideas.
Prepare periodic reports, measure performance indicators, and continuously improve results.

Qualifications and Requirements

3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, with practical experience in the Saudi market.
A proven track record in managing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, Meta and Google Ads, data analysis, and performance measurement.
Leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Creative, proactive personality with a strong marketing acumen.
