About the Role

Accenture Saudi Arabia is seeking a MEA Research & Thought Leadership Associate Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience and is integral to supporting the Middle East & Africa (MEA) Research and Thought Leadership agenda. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to strategic insights within a global consulting firm.

Role Context and Contribution

As an Associate Manager within Accenture Research, you will collaborate closely with MEA research leadership. Your primary objective will be to deliver the region's research strategy and enhance Accenture's reputation as a trusted source of insight across various industries in the MEA region. This involves a commitment to producing high-quality, market-facing research.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of thought-provoking insights through both quantitative and qualitative research methods, ensuring a continuous flow of high-quality research and market-facing insights.
• Utilize traditional and innovative data sources, including GCC government, regional, and global economic and technology sources, to logically and structurally explore key business questions.
• Analyze datasets and interpret results using statistical techniques and data-visualization tools; build and update models to produce client-ready outputs.
• Develop compelling research narratives and clear business storylines in collaboration with research and industry leads.
• Craft high-quality outputs, such as slides, visualizations, and written summaries, specifically tailored for senior client and internal audiences.
• Support business development efforts by assisting account teams in applying data products and thought leadership to engage clients and identify new opportunities.
• Leverage AI and Generative AI tools to enhance ways of working, uncover novel insights, and deliver outputs in non-traditional formats.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant research or analytical role. The ideal candidate will be a strong researcher with a keen interest in the MEA economic and technology landscape.

Desired Skills and Knowledge

The role requires the ability to connect macro trends—including technological, economic, social, regulatory, and geopolitical factors—to actionable insights for clients. Familiarity with GCC national programs and institutional sources, such as national vision plans, national AI authorities, and national clouds, is considered a strong advantage.
