Mechanical Engineer

About the Role

Zahran Facilities Management is seeking a highly qualified Mechanical Engineer specializing in Operations & Maintenance (O&M). This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires strong technical expertise in managing mechanical systems within facilities management environments.

Role Overview

The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for leading and supervising mechanical O&M activities, ensuring optimal performance of critical systems, and implementing effective maintenance strategies. This role is crucial for maintaining the reliability and efficiency of mechanical infrastructure across assigned facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise mechanical O&M activities across assigned facilities.
• Ensure optimal performance of HVAC, pumps, chillers, boilers, and other mechanical systems.
• Diagnose system failures and oversee troubleshooting and corrective actions.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
• Prepare reports, inspections, and improvement recommendations.
• Support and mentor the technical team to enhance performance and reliability.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer specializing in Operations & Maintenance.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required.
• Strong technical expertise in managing mechanical systems within facilities management environments.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within Zahran Facilities Management. The role involves working as part of a dedicated team focused on maintaining high operational standards.
