About the Role

Vox Solutions is seeking a Media Business Development Partnership & Growth lead to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to scaling TrueSignal, the company's disruptive AdTech ecosystem that transforms real-time telco data into high-intent revenue.

Role Overview

As a foundational lead, this position is responsible for advancing TrueSignal’s advertising business from a high-potential unit into a strategic, scalable, and profitable operation. The role involves deepening relationships with media agencies and partners, while driving advertising revenue through always-on campaign strategies. The successful candidate will act as the strategic and operational owner of key media partnerships, focusing on growth, performance optimization, and elevating partner presence within the TrueSignal ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strategic partnerships with global players and local brands, creating joint business plans to maximize visibility and performance within the VOX ecosystem.
• Lead relationships with media agencies and holding groups, establishing frameworks for collaboration, measurement, and performance accountability.
• Oversee a portfolio of brands and media agencies, supporting ongoing campaigns and identifying new opportunities to drive visibility and performance.
• Contribute to new business development by assisting with pitch development, proposals, and presentations to convert new brand leads into active advertisers.
• Identify growth opportunities using internal tools, data, market research, and professional networks to generate new leads and drive opportunities.
• Proactively suggest creative campaign ideas and promotional mechanics aligned with brand objectives.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure effective campaign execution aligned with partner goals.
• Shape and optimize ongoing campaign execution across visibility, placements, seasonality, and targeting capabilities.
• Build and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with local brand partners and media agencies, serving as a trusted point of contact.
• Collaborate with the Director of Client Services to plan, track, and deliver quarterly revenue targets.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• A proven network of local brands and agencies capable of being onboarded for this new service.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, or brand partnerships, ideally within media agencies.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities through data and market trends.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex agency relationships and multi-brand portfolios.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, comfortable transitioning from high-level planning to execution.
• Data-driven, with the capacity to balance analytical rigor and creative thinking.
• Passion for advertising innovation, technology, and industry transformation.
