About the Role

Kinetic Business Solutions is partnering with a leading Pharmaceutical company to recruit a Medical Sales Representative based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 0-1 years of experience, and due to Saudization requirements, it is open exclusively to Saudi nationals.

Role Context

The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector to support patient access initiatives and market understanding. This role involves active participation in strategic decision-making processes and ensuring effective internal communication across various functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, clinical experts, institutions, and relevant healthcare stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient access and support initiatives that address unmet needs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, emerging evidence, and changes in the healthcare environment to inform strategic decision-making.
• Support the development and implementation of launch and lifecycle management strategies.
• Act as a key point of contact internally, ensuring alignment and effective communication across relevant functions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Must be a Saudi national due to Saudization requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment and Location

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a leading Pharmaceutical company environment. The role requires regular interaction with various external and internal stakeholders.
