Medical Sales Representative

About the Role

Kinetic Business Solutions is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical company to recruit a Medical Sales Representative. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Due to Saudization requirements, this role is open exclusively to Saudi nationals.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, clinical experts, institutions, and relevant healthcare stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient access and support initiatives that address unmet needs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, emerging evidence, and changes in the healthcare environment to inform strategic decision-making.
• Support the development and implementation of launch and lifecycle management strategies.
• Act as a key point of contact internally, ensuring alignment and effective communication across relevant functions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• This role is open to Saudi nationals only, in compliance with Saudization requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline. Advanced qualifications are considered an advantage.
• Candidates should be fresh graduates or have relevant experience within the pharmaceutical industry (0-1 year of experience required).
• Strong commercial and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
