The Role: MEP Estimation Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and motivated MEP Estimation Engineer to become a key member of our Estimation Department. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the pre-construction phase, being responsible for critical estimation processes that ensure accuracy and efficiency in project tenders and proposals across various MEP disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting detailed quantity take-offs for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects.
• Performing accurate pricing for materials, labor, equipment, and other project components to develop comprehensive cost estimates.
• Preparing and submitting professional tender documents and proposals in line with project specifications and deadlines.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering is essential.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in MEP estimation is required, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked with contracting companies.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Demonstrated strong knowledge and understanding of MEP estimation principles, methodologies, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in relevant estimation software tools to facilitate accurate and efficient cost analysis.
• Competency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and report generation.

Employment Requirements

Candidates applying for this position must currently be based within Saudi Arabia. Furthermore, possession of a transferable Iqama is mandatory for consideration.
