About the Opportunity

Big Fish Consult is seeking an experienced MEP Manager to join our client’s team in Riyadh. This full-time position operates in an Owner/Client-side capacity, focusing on the management and oversight of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing activities for significant projects.

Role Overview

The MEP Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all MEP works are delivered in strict accordance with approved designs, contractual requirements, project specifications, and established quality and safety standards. This role involves close monitoring of project schedules and compliance across all MEP-related activities from the Owner/Client perspective.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities from the Owner’s perspective.
• Ensure consultants and contractors comply with approved designs, specifications, contractual requirements, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress to ensure MEP works are completed in line with approved schedules.
• Review technical submissions, drawings, material submittals, and other MEP documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders to resolve technical and interface issues.
• Monitor quality and safety compliance throughout project execution.
• Support testing, commissioning, project completion, and successful handover of MEP systems.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience as an MEP/Electrical Engineering professional. The role requires demonstrated technical expertise, proven leadership experience, and a commitment to operational excellence in managing complex MEP projects.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
