The Role: MEP Supervisor

El Seif Operation and Maintenance is seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of facility hard services. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, involves managing electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and civil systems. The Supervisor will lead a team of technicians, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards to support the smooth operation of facility assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of 12–24 technicians and up to 2 foremen across multiple trades, providing technical guidance and task allocation.
• Oversee the maintenance and operation of MEP systems, including electrical distribution, HVAC, pumps, water systems, plumbing, low current systems, and civil works.
• Ensure the proper execution of planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Prepare and review method statements and work permits for maintenance activities.
• Monitor work progress and verify the quality of completed work, supporting commissioning and handover of new installations.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and quality standards, including the proper use of PPE and safety procedures.
• Plan manpower, materials, and equipment required for maintenance operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the replenishment of spare parts.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance activities and prepare reports on operational performance, proposing corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience of 5-10 years in Facilities Management or building operations environments.
• Strong technical knowledge in MEP systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing).
• Demonstrated leadership ability in managing technical teams.
• Experience in environments such as Facilities Management companies, hospitals, airports, large commercial buildings, residential compounds, or government facilities is highly preferred.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves supervising a team of technicians and foremen within a dynamic facilities management environment.
