About the Role

MHG Trading JSC is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Consultant to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is an opportunity for an individual with a foundational understanding of ERP systems and business processes to contribute to the company's operations.

As a D365 F&O Consultant, you will provide support for users, ensure the efficient operation of the ERP system, and contribute to its ongoing development and optimization. This role is suitable for an emerging professional looking to build their career within a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, addressing user inquiries and issues promptly.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported problems within the D365 F&O system to minimize disruption and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of the D365 F&O system.
  • Assist with system configuration and testing activities to ensure the D365 F&O system meets business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement within the ERP landscape.
  • Support ERP implementation initiatives as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • A strong understanding of core business processes, including Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, and Retail.
  • Demonstrated experience in system configuration, testing, and providing user support.
  • Proven ability to deliver ERP functional support and troubleshoot user issues effectively.
  • Experience in conducting training sessions to improve end-user adoption and system efficiency.
  • Solid understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and best practices.
