The Role: Mid Level Architect & Urban Designer

Cross Works is seeking a Mid Level Architect & Urban Designer for a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is central to designing and planning urban projects across various scales, contributing to significant masterplan developments and mixed-use architectural projects. The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in architectural and urban design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and plan urban projects of various scales.
• Contribute to masterplan developments and mixed-use projects.
• Collaborate with other disciplines across the firm.
• Perform 2D and 3D modelling.
• Prepare comprehensive design documentation.
• Devise and present design concepts.
• Coordinate and align project efforts with client needs and expectations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in architectural and urban design.
• Demonstrated ability in designing and planning urban projects of varying scales.
• Proficiency in 2D and 3D modelling software.
• Experience in preparing design documentation and presenting concepts.
• Strong collaborative skills for working within a cross-disciplinary team.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh, KSA. The role requires daily presence in the office, and hybrid or remote working arrangements are not available at this time. The successful candidate will work within a dynamic, cross-disciplinary team environment.
