Overview of the Middle East Recruiting Intern Role

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Middle East Recruiting Intern for a temporary, six-month internship based in Riyadh. This role supports the recruiting team throughout the entire recruiting season by maintaining databases and files, assisting with event and interview planning, and providing general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end recruiting process, including interview scheduling and onboarding coordination.
• Manage and maintain recruitment and intern databases, trackers, and documentation.
• Assist with posting job opportunities and updating job descriptions.
• Organize CVs, recruitment files, and folders, ensuring records are accurate and current.
• Perform basic data analysis and contribute to reporting requirements.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the recruiting team.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience required: 0-1 years.
• Ability to provide administrative support and maintain organized records.
• Capable of supporting event and interview logistics.

Work Type and Location

This is an internship position for a duration of six months. The role is based in Riyadh.
