Murex Back Office Production Support Consultant

About the Role

Luxoft is seeking a Murex Back Office Production Support Consultant to join their team, providing dedicated support to a leading bank in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for ensuring the efficient operation of the bank's Back Office activities, with a primary focus on the Murex application.

Role Overview

The consultant will play a key role in managing and supporting the Murex Back Office module, addressing user requirements, and facilitating various operational processes. This involves a blend of technical support, data management, and coordination to maintain system integrity and performance within the banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of the Back Office (BO) module from Murex for all products, confirmations, settlement instructions, and payment messages.
• Provide support to BO users for validation and adaptation to the Murex application, ensuring optimal usage.
• Oversee migration readiness activities and maintain static data within the system.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including the generation and format review of required documentation, and GTX/OLS scenarios.
• Handle new developments and minor change requests (CRs) that can be managed internally.
• Provide support for reconciliations, Nostros, Corporate Actions, and daily Business As Usual (BAU) operations.
• Coordinate with vendors for bug fixes and validations.
• Address ad-hoc requests, track BO deliverables, and provide regular status updates on the BO stream.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Murex back office production support is essential for this role.
