Network Infrastructure Instructor Role

Uptime Institute is seeking a Network Infrastructure Instructor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on delivering high-quality education programs that form The Global Digital Infrastructure Education Framework to a global audience.

Candidate Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of current, verifiable industry experience and a strong understanding of their specialist field within digital infrastructure. We are looking for individuals with exceptional communication skills, a confident presence, and an engaging approach to teaching and learning. While a formal teaching qualification or prior experience in training, coaching, mentoring, or developing individuals is advantageous, it is not essential. A genuine passion for the subject matter and a desire to share knowledge and experience are paramount for this role.

Required Technical Expertise

• Strong knowledge and preferred experience in network infrastructure, including cabling architecture, data transmission principles, industry standards, and smart network technologies.
• Practical experience in delivering ISP (Inside Plant) and OSP (Outside Plant) solutions.
• Proficiency in installing and terminating various cable types, including copper and fibre optic.
• Experience in testing and certifying cable systems.
• Additional advantageous experience includes project management, design, and installation of network equipment, containment systems, and smart network systems within data centers.

Training and Professional Development

Full training will be provided to ensure success in this role. You will receive comprehensive support and undertake a dedicated train-the-trainer process for each course you are assigned to teach.
