Network Monitoring Analyst (ACI/F L ) (Saudi National Only)

About the Role

Müller's Solutions is seeking a Network Monitoring Analyst (ACI/F5 L1) to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is exclusively for Saudi Nationals and focuses on providing foundational (L1) support for SEC Data Center and Cloud Networks. The role involves monitoring, initial fault management, incident registration, and escalation, with a specific focus on Cisco ACI and F5 load balancing technologies.

Role Context and Schedule

This position operates on an 8x5 schedule and includes on-call responsibilities. The primary focus is to ensure the performance and health of network infrastructure, proactively identify issues, and provide first-level support for network-related incidents. The analyst will work within a team to maintain operational processes and support network security.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee network performance and health using Cisco ACI and F5 technologies, identifying and addressing issues.
• Provide first-level support for network incidents and service requests, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on the deployment and management of network configurations and policies.
• Analyze network traffic and performance metrics to enhance system functionality.
• Record network operations, incidents, and resolutions for compliance and reference.
• Monitor and address potential network security threats or vulnerabilities.
• Stay informed on best practices, trends, and technologies in application networking and monitoring.
• Actively monitor infrastructure alarms for ACI and F5 systems, performing initial fault management including basic isolation, restoration, and notifications.
• Log issues identified through monitoring or reported by other teams.
• Engage in remediation activities following established support guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Create, assign, and assist in the resolution of daily Level 1 incidents, documenting known fault types in the knowledge base.
• Adhere to operational processes including fault/incident management, performance monitoring, and change control.
• Collaborate with the monitoring tools team to optimize and contextualize infrastructure alarms.
• Communicate complex issues and escalate them to Level 2/3 engineers for resolution.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-1 year of experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to work an 8x5 schedule and provide on-call support.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to defined procedures (SOPs).
• Basic understanding of networking principles, TCP/IP, and application delivery functionality.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and services.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for analyzing and resolving technical issues.
• Good communication and collaboration skills for teamwork and issue escalation.
• Good documentation skills.
