About the Role
NOK Human Capital is seeking an Odoo Sales Manager ERP & CRM Sales to join its growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is for a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in enterprise software sales, focusing on ERP/CRM solutions within the Saudi market. The role is central to driving revenue growth and expanding the company's client base.
Position Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans for ERP and CRM solutions, particularly those based on Odoo. This involves identifying and acquiring new enterprise clients, building lasting relationships with decision-makers, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation through to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ERP/CRM revenue targets.
- Identify, approach, and acquire new enterprise clients within the Saudi market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and SME decision-makers.
- Present, pitch, and demonstrate ERP/CRM solutions, especially Odoo-based systems.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborate closely with technical and implementation teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular updates, forecasts, and reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs in the ERP/CRM space.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements professionally.
- Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and networking activities.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Over 10 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager or Business Development Manager.
- Strong experience in the Saudi B2B enterprise market.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage long-term strategic client relationships.

- Strong understanding of complex B2B sales cycles and pipelines.
- Target-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Employment Type and Location
