The Opportunity: Off Plan Sales Consultant

TatwirCo is seeking a dedicated Off Plan Sales Consultant to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to the company's sales efforts, focusing on the promotion and sale of off-plan real estate projects to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and promote off-plan real estate projects to potential clients.
• Engage with prospective clients at the sales center, providing detailed explanations of projects and offers.
• Conduct client follow-ups, analyze their specific needs, and propose suitable real estate solutions.
• Manage booking operations and ensure accurate contract documentation through official platforms such as Sakani and Wafi.
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with company objectives.
• Cultivate and maintain sustainable relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster future sales opportunities.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service, to ensure an integrated customer experience.
• Maintain an updated client database and monitor the progress of real estate closing stages.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in real estate sales, with a preference for experience in off-plan projects.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Ministry of Housing systems and the Wafi platform.
• Proficiency in using computers and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
