ليدار | Ledar is seeking a Sales Specialist to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is integral to our projects, focusing on the sale of residential units and contributing to our growth in the region.

Role Purpose

The primary objective of this position is to achieve sales targets and expand the client base by providing professional real estate consultations. The Sales Specialist will be instrumental in building strong, long-term relationships with clients, particularly within off-plan sales and National Housing Company (NHC) projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell residential units under the off-plan sales system and within housing projects.
• Provide expert real estate consultation to clients, guiding them in selecting suitable units.
• Manage and follow up with potential clients, effectively converting leads into actual buyers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as established by management.
• Participate in campaigns, exhibitions, and real estate events to promote projects.
• Stay informed about NHC projects and present them clearly and accurately to clients.
• Document all sales transactions in compliance with official regulations and company policies.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and identify available opportunities for management review.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within real estate.
• Demonstrated experience in off-plan sales.
• Familiarity with National Housing Company (NHC) projects is highly desirable.

Compensation and Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with responsibilities spanning projects across these cities. The compensation package includes a fixed salary, performance-based incentives, and a monthly commission.
