About the Shipping Officer Role

Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Shipping Officer to join its team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. Core Responsibilities

The Shipping Officer will be responsible for executing daily operations within the logistics and supply chain functions to ensure continuity and adherence to established procedures. Key duties include:

• Following departmental policies, processes, and standard operating procedures.
• Overseeing logistics and supply chain instructions to ensure controlled and consistent execution.
• Verifying the condition of received products to maintain their integrity.
• Participating in strategy meetings with supply chain team members to review workloads.
• Ensuring daily supply chain requirements are met by the site team.
• Processing order movements, including picking, packing, staging, and loading, and preparing necessary documentation for incoming products and supplies.
• Reviewing and verifying data accuracy in SAP and paper systems.
• Coaching and training junior staff on basic tasks and adherence to guidelines.
• Contributing to the identification of opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement, considering international best practices.
• Assisting in the preparation of timely and accurate supply chain reports.
• Complying with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies and controls.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• A BSc. in Business Administration or an equivalent degree. A Master's degree is preferred.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain.
