OFSAA Project Manager (Cost Allocation & FTP)

About the Role

Hays is seeking an OFSAA Project Manager specializing in Cost Allocation and Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) for a contract position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves leading the implementation of Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) to enhance a client's profitability, cost allocation, and transfer pricing capabilities.

Project Context

The project focuses on the implementation of specific OFSAA modules, namely Cost Allocation and Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP). The Project Manager will be instrumental in guiding the client through a structured OFSAA implementation to achieve improved financial analysis and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of OFSAA implementation projects.
• Oversee the implementation of Cost Allocation and Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) modules.
• Manage multiple workstreams including functional, technical, data, testing, and deployment.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure effective risk management, issue resolution, and dependency tracking.
• Coordinate with hybrid teams (onsite and remote) to ensure smooth execution.
• Provide regular status updates, reporting, and presentations to stakeholders.
• Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and timelines.
• Act as a key point of contact for senior client stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, specifically with OFSAA implementations.
• Demonstrated expertise in Cost Allocation and Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) modules within OFSAA.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple workstreams.

Work Arrangement

This is a contract position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring onsite presence and coordination with hybrid teams.
