About the Role

NCR Atleos is seeking an experienced PS Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of strategic enterprise initiatives within the Capital portfolio for a major financial institution in KSA. This full-time role is based in Makkah, specifically covering Jeddah and Makkah, and is critical for driving high-impact projects and ensuring successful delivery within a complex financial services environment.

Role Overview

The Senior Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-wide projects through an outsourcing engagement. This position requires strong project leadership and stakeholder management, with the ability to coordinate effectively across business, technology, and vendor teams. The role involves managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and governance requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading the planning, execution, and successful delivery of enterprise-wide projects.
• Ensuring project alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinating project activities across business, technology, and vendor teams.
• Driving stakeholder engagement and maintaining effective communication across project participants.
• Monitoring project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implementing mitigation plans as needed.
• Tracking project progress and providing regular status updates to senior management.
• Ensuring adherence to project governance, delivery methodologies, and quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management.
• Proven experience in delivering strategic enterprise initiatives, preferably within the financial services sector.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and vendor teams.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, covering project sites in Jeddah and Makkah. The role operates within an outsourcing engagement model, requiring close collaboration with various internal and external teams.
