IT Project Manager

About the Role

Norconsult Telematics is seeking an IT Project Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for professionals with 2-5 years of experience. The role focuses on managing multiple IT projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and are delivered within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Position Objective

The primary objective of this role is to manage IT projects effectively by defining clear scopes, developing structured plans, proactively managing risks, and coordinating with stakeholders. The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering projects that meet agreed-upon timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and acceptance criteria in line with business requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Establish and maintain stakeholder communication plans throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation and corrective actions.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and external partners to achieve project milestones.
• Monitor project progress using appropriate tools and track performance against scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
• Manage project budgets, expenditures, and scope changes to control costs and prevent overruns.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and internal policies.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, clients, and vendors to coordinate delivery and resolve issues.
• Conduct project status meetings and provide regular progress reports, risk assessments, and recommended actions to stakeholders and senior management.
• Coordinate with business and technical teams to ensure project deliverables meet agreed requirements.
• Oversee quality assurance activities and validate deliverables against acceptance criteria.
• Manage vendor relationships and monitor compliance with contractual commitments and service-level agreements.
• Conduct post-project reviews, document lessons learned, and recommend improvements to project delivery processes.

Experience and Work Type

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in IT project management. This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
