We are seeking an Operations Assistant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to support the smooth flow of all orders.

The Role of Operations Assistant

The Operations Assistant plays a central role in managing the order lifecycle from sale to delivery. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are detail-oriented and possess strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor every order from the point of sale through to delivery, ensuring no delays or issues occur.
• Coordinate pickups, drop-offs, and deliveries with external logistics partners.
• Provide timely and courteous updates to sellers and buyers via WhatsApp and phone.
• Track items as they arrive at the authentication team and monitor the results of their checks.
• Assist in resolving operational issues such as delivery delays, condition inquiries, and return requests.
• Maintain accurate order records and provide simple daily updates to the team.

Candidate Profile

• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to identify discrepancies.
• Clear and friendly communicator in both Arabic and English.
• Capable of maintaining composure under pressure and committed to problem resolution.
• Experience required: 0-1 years.
