About the Role

Soum is seeking an Operations Manager, Cars to lead and manage the end-to-end car operations. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 5-10 years of experience. The role involves ensuring a smooth and efficient car journey from intake to final handover, leading the Operations team, improving processes, and consistently achieving operational targets and service levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end operational car journey, ensuring smooth execution across all stages.
• Establish clear ownership, processes, and escalation paths within the operation.
• Resolve operational escalations and critical issues.
• Align operational capacity with business growth and demand.
• Lead and manage the Cars Operations team across various functions and locations.
• Develop the team, set clear expectations, and build capability across the operation.
• Set and monitor operational KPIs, SLAs, productivity, and quality standards.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Continuously improve efficiency, turnaround time, quality, and customer experience.
• Monitor operational performance and provide regular reporting and insights.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply, Data, Finance, and other relevant teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in operations management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Proven track record in process improvement and achieving operational targets.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a fast-growing startup environment focused on innovation in the e-commerce sector.
