Role Overview

The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing daily operational workflows, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing the utilization of warehouse space, equipment, and staffing. This role involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners to streamline processes, resolve operational challenges, and uphold high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementing best practices for inventory management.
• Supervising inbound and outbound logistics flows.
• Supporting technology and systems integration initiatives.
• Driving continuous improvement across operational processes.
• Forecasting operational needs and resource requirements.
• Supporting strategic projects aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.
• Providing clear reporting and insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in operations management, preferably within logistics or warehousing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational workflows and performance metrics.
• Experience in optimizing warehouse space, equipment, and staffing.
• Strong coordination skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
