The Operations Supervisor Role

LogeMate is seeking an Operations Supervisor for a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for overseeing daily logistics and warehousing activities within LogeMate’s operational ecosystem. The Operations Supervisor coordinates floor-level operations, monitors performance, and ensures adherence to operational policies and customer service expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily floor-level operations, including inbound and outbound workflows.
• Manage inventory handling processes.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify operational bottlenecks.
• Implement process improvements in alignment with operational policies.
• Supervise and coach front-line team members.
• Assign tasks and shifts to warehouse staff.
• Ensure effective communication between warehouse staff, transport partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Support compliance with company procedures.
• Prepare operational reports.
• Collaborate with management on continuous improvement initiatives.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires direct presence at LogeMate's operational facilities to manage and supervise daily activities effectively.
