Role Overview

As an Operator & License Owner, you will lead the establishment and growth of Stranger Soccer in Riyadh. This includes developing local partnerships, overseeing operations, and cultivating an active community of players. The role offers the autonomy to shape local operations while leveraging the established systems, expertise, and support provided by Stranger Soccer's Singapore headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch and expand Stranger Soccer operations in Riyadh.
• Establish partnerships with football venues and secure quality playing locations.
• Recruit, coordinate, and support Official Hosts and local team members.
• Lead marketing initiatives to attract players and expand the community.
• Oversee game operations to ensure a consistent player experience.
• Identify and implement opportunities for local operational improvement and expansion.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of the local football community.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Experience in managing operations and delivering measurable results.
• Background in operations, community management, or customer experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
