Integration Manager Hub Delivery is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the last-mile delivery team. The position is integral to ensuring customers receive their orders as quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively as possible.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Ops. Integration Manager will drive the integration and standardization of Hub Delivery processes across the KSA AMZL Network. This role involves partnering with Country ACES, SnOP, Central Operations, AMZL Operations, and Product teams, along with other key stakeholders, to enhance the delivery experience while promoting operational excellence and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, model, and implement new operations processes for Hub Delivery across the KSA AMZL Network, ensuring scalability and alignment with network capacity planning.
• Drive improvement initiatives for existing processes to meet cost, quality, and customer experience goals, utilizing data-driven insights to identify and prioritize opportunities.
• Gather and analyze operational data to establish network-wide standards in partnership with cross-functional teams, ensuring consistency and best practice adoption across all delivery stations.
• Build strong partnerships with operations field leaders and stakeholders (Central Operations, SnOP, DSP teams, Country ACES) to understand improvement opportunities and remove operational barriers.
• Analyze and solve operational blockers with a focus on root cause analysis, driving sustainable solutions that improve network performance and partner experience.
• Innovate to continuously improve customer experience while removing cost and complexity from the fulfillment network through process optimization and automation.
• Partner with Product teams to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), review launch plans, pilot new features, and manage full-scale rollouts across the network with clear success metrics.
• Represent KSA Hub Delivery operations in regional and global forums, providing insights, performance updates, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to operate dynamically, autonomously, and with strong organizational skills.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and improving operational processes.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including data analysis and root cause identification for problem-solving.
• Experience in building and maintaining effective partnerships with diverse stakeholders.

Collaboration and Network Engagement

This role requires extensive collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders, including Country ACES, SnOP, Central Operations, AMZL Operations, Product teams, operations field leaders, and DSP teams. The manager will be instrumental in fostering relationships to drive operational improvements and ensure network-wide consistency and best practice adoption.
