Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant Role

BTranz is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves supporting enterprise implementations, enhancements, integrations, and ongoing support activities within Oracle Fusion applications. The consultant will focus on delivering effective business solutions and requires strong expertise in relevant modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Core HR and other relevant HCM modules, including configurations and business processes.
• Provide support for Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and other applicable modules.
• Manage functional setups, issue resolution, testing, and implementation activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 6+ years of relevant Oracle Fusion experience.
• Strong knowledge of the respective functional or technical domain.
• Experience in implementation, support, enhancement, or upgrade projects.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
