Partner Development Manager

About the Role

AWS EMEA SARL (Saudi Arabia Branch) is seeking a Partner Development Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on onboarding, enabling, and managing strategic Consulting Partners throughout their AWS partnership journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop deep and trusted relationships with executive leadership of strategic Consulting partners in Saudi Arabia by understanding their challenges, goals, and long-term vision.
• Develop and execute business plans with strategic partners to accelerate AWS adoption by customers in the region.
• Support partners in developing their AWS cloud practice and bringing solution offerings to market that accelerate customer cloud adoption.
• Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader, sharing industry insights, best practices, and strategic guidance with partners.
• Collaborate with AWS sales, Marketing, Service, and Operational teams to develop tailored transformation roadmaps for partners and assist in executing these engagements.
• Prepare and present business reviews to senior leadership, both internal and external, communicating market realities, partner needs, and strategic recommendations.
• Drive AWS relationship and business practice across stakeholders ranging from CxOs to Business Heads and Technical practitioners.

Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of relevant professional experience.
