About the Role

Futu Holdings is seeking a Partnership BD Manager to lead growth efforts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh, this full-time role is pivotal for expanding market presence, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue across the financial services sector. This position is designed for a self-starter with 2-5 years of relevant experience who understands the KSA financial landscape and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities within the KSA financial services market, aligning with Vision 2030 growth priorities.
Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients and partners, overseeing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, financial institutions, regulators, and enterprise clients.
Negotiate and structure commercial agreements with partners, influencers/KOL, marketing affiliations, joint ventures, and strategic alliances to accelerate market entry and revenue growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and the regulatory environment (SAMA, CMA) to inform strategy and identify emerging opportunities.
Collaborate closely with product, marketing, legal, and compliance teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client and regulatory requirements.
Track, forecast, and report on business development performance against defined KPIs and revenue targets.

Qualifications

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and successfully closing complex, high-value deals.
Strong existing network within the KSA financial sector is highly preferred.

Essential Knowledge and Location

Solid understanding of the Saudi regulatory framework (SAMA, CMA) and market dynamics.
Based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh, with eligibility to work in KSA.
