The Role: Partnerships & Community Manager (Gaming)

Hypemasters is seeking a Partnerships & Community Manager to establish and grow its presence in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, requires a Saudi national to act as the local representative for the company. The position involves building relationships, identifying opportunities, and connecting Hypemasters with the gaming and business communities in the region. The successful candidate will work closely with an international team, providing updates on local market developments and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Hypemasters in Saudi Arabia, building brand awareness within the local gaming and business ecosystem.
• Connect with industry professionals, potential partners, investors, government entities, and gaming organizations.
• Identify and attend relevant gaming, technology, business, and investment events to develop connections and represent the company.
• Identify potential partnerships, introductions, and collaboration opportunities for Hypemasters and its games.
• Serve as the primary local contact for stakeholders, maintaining relationships and ensuring follow-up on inquiries.
• Provide weekly updates to the international team on meetings, new contacts, market developments, events, and opportunities.
• Monitor developments in the Saudi gaming industry, government initiatives, and ecosystem opportunities.
• Coordinate local activities such as meetings, events, and introductions to strengthen Hypemasters' market position.
• Proactively identify networking opportunities and strategic presences for Hypemasters.
• Manage local activities independently, follow up on opportunities, and ensure progress visibility for the wider team.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Saudi national is an essential requirement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Outgoing, sociable, and proactive personality, comfortable with networking.
• Strong networking skills and professional representation ability.
• Excellent spoken and written Arabic and English.
• Strong organizational skills to manage meetings, events, and priorities independently.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through on opportunities.
• Strong written communication skills for providing clear, structured updates.
• Interest in gaming, technology, startups, or the wider business ecosystem.
• Willingness to travel locally for meetings, conferences, and industry events.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in partnerships, community management, business development, stakeholder relations, or events.
• An existing network within the Saudi gaming, esports, technology, startup, or investment ecosystem.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabia's gaming industry, key organizations, initiatives, and events.
• Experience representing a company at conferences, networking events, or industry meetings.
