The Role of Partnership Manager

Unipal is seeking a Partnership Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on securing brand partnerships to provide offers for students. The Partnership Manager will be responsible for identifying, pitching, negotiating, and signing high-quality partners, and achieving monthly targets. This position reports to the Partnership Director / Country Manager and involves close collaboration with Marketing, Accounts Management, and Product teams. The role requires 2-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure student-relevant brands across Riyadh, aligning with Unipal's established categories.
• Manage the complete partnership cycle, including outreach, meetings, negotiation, contract signing, and handover processes.
• Represent Unipal in partner meetings and at local business events.
• Ensure that each new partner is a suitable long-term fit, with accurate contracts and a streamlined onboarding process.
• Meet monthly and quarterly targets for meetings conducted, deals closed, and category coverage achieved.
• Maintain an organized CRM pipeline and provide clear reports on performance metrics.
• Share market feedback with Marketing, Accounts Management, and Product teams to enhance Unipal's offerings.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working closely with internal teams including Marketing, Accounts Management, and Product, and reporting to the Partnership Director / Country Manager.
