The Patient Journey Partner Role

Roche is seeking a Patient Journey Partner (PJP) to join its team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position requiring 0-1 years of experience. The PJP operates as an empowered local leader, collaborating directly with ecosystem stakeholders to co-create patient-centric solutions. This role is functionally agnostic, focusing entirely on delivering improved outcomes for patients and the broader health system, without traditional sales or commercial targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners to identify opportunities for transforming patient outcomes, and bring Roche's expertise, science, and knowledge to the ecosystem.
• Act as a trusted partner and primary point of contact between stakeholders and Roche, sharing community needs internally, prioritizing resources, and driving solutions.
• Partner with patient journey stakeholders to remove roadblocks and enable value delivery for patients and the community.
• Steward Roche’s products throughout their lifecycle and support their appropriate use, including communicating their merits to healthcare professionals truthfully and balancedly.
• Oversee the entire patient journey, applying a system-thinking approach to identify shared purpose among stakeholders and co-create solutions within the ecosystem.
• Utilize local and network expertise and resources as needed, including collaboration with other PJPs.
• Ensure positive experiences for stakeholders interacting with Roche employees, products, and services.
