The Role of Patient Journey Partner

Roche is seeking a Patient Journey Partner (PJP) for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is central to the organization's evolving societal role, driven by changes in healthcare and stakeholder needs. The PJP acts as an empowered local leader, collaborating directly with ecosystem stakeholders to co-create patient-centric solutions. This functionally agnostic position focuses on delivering improved outcomes for patients and the broader health system, without traditional sales or commercial targets. The role requires 2-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners to identify opportunities for transforming patient outcomes, and bring Roche's expertise, science, and knowledge to the ecosystem.
• Serve as a trusted partner and primary point of contact between stakeholders and Roche, sharing patient and community needs internally, prioritizing resources, and driving solutions.
• Partner with patient journey stakeholders to address roadblocks and unlock possibilities that deliver value for patients and the community.
• Steward Roche’s products throughout their lifecycle and support their appropriate use, including communicating their merits to healthcare professionals in a truthful and balanced manner.
• Oversee the entire patient journey, acting as a system thinker to identify shared purpose among stakeholders and leverage this for co-creating solutions within the ecosystem.
• Utilize local and network expertise and resources as needed, including collaboration with other PJPs.
• Ensure positive experiences for stakeholders when engaging with Roche employees, products, and services.

Experience and Location

This full-time position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The role is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
