Role Responsibilities

Key responsibilities for this role include contributing to the formulation of policies and procedures to ensure production aligns with overall company objectives. The role also includes contributing to the improvement of operational mechanisms and quality systems to enhance overall efficiency and product standards. The incumbent will be tasked with effectively coordinating production resources to meet the daily production plan, utilizing Lean Production and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes. Additionally, they will organize continuous training sessions to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members, and provide assistance to the Production Manager in completing other required administrative tasks.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, or Logistics.
More than two years of practical experience in production management within a similar industry.
Good knowledge of production control principles and quality management systems.
Strong data analysis skills to interpret performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Awareness of process improvement techniques and their application in manufacturing environments.
Proven abilities in logical, strategic, and systematic thinking.
Proven ability to collaborate and influence to work effectively with cross-functional teams and drive change.
