About the Job
As a Personal Assistant at BEC Arabia, you will play a key role in supporting the organization's leadership through a variety of tasks. You will coordinate calendar appointments, manage communications, and plan events as necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing communications
  • Schedule travel arrangements
  • Plan events effectively

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Must be a resident in KSA
  • Experience in the construction field is a must
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and Outlook
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken)
  • Professional in email handling, report writing, and review
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
