We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive management team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and creating compelling presentations for our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct administrative support to the CEO
  • Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations
  • Create simple visual materials using Canva
  • Assist with reports, proposals, and documentation
  • Manage coordination, follow-ups, and internal communications
  • Support in organizing company files and records

Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in an admin or personal assistant role
  • Strong skills in Canva and PowerPoint
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop is an advantage
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Professional attitude and attention to detail
