About the Role

JAI HR Management Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Phosphate Operator to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing and operating phosphating line processes crucial for metal surface treatment, ensuring high standards of quality, corrosion resistance, and proper coating adhesion.

Role Overview

The Phosphate Operator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of phosphating operations, from chemical bath maintenance to quality inspections. This position requires hands-on experience in metal surface finishing and a commitment to safety and environmental compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor phosphating lines for metal treatment prior to painting or coating applications.
• Maintain chemical bath parameters, including temperature, pH levels, and concentration.
• Monitor bath life, manage replenishment, filtration, and sludge removal processes.
• Ensure correct cleaning procedures, immersion timing, and treatment sequence for optimal corrosion resistance and coating adhesion.
• Conduct routine quality inspections and accurately document all process parameters.
• Monitor bath temperatures, agitation levels, and rinse stages.
• Perform maintenance on tanks, sensors, and other process equipment.
• Handle chemicals safely and ensure strict compliance with all environmental and safety procedures.
• Report any process deviations and uphold established quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in phosphating operations.
• Proven hands-on experience in chemical bath maintenance and metal surface finishing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and operate phosphating line processes effectively.
• Strong understanding of quality control for corrosion resistance and coating adhesion.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, requiring dedicated on-site presence to manage daily operations of the phosphating lines.
