Planning Analyst

About the Role

HRGF is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Planning Analyst to support sector operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves effective planning, budgeting, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. The Planning Analyst will coordinate with HR, finance, and other support functions to ensure efficient operations and the timely delivery of business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR-related activities, including manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, and employee services.
• Liaise with support functions to facilitate business requirements and ensure smooth operational coordination.
• Support the preparation, monitoring, and reporting of operating and capital budgets.
• Prepare periodic management reports, presentations, and performance dashboards.
• Maintain and update sector data, records, and documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Monitor sector initiatives, action items, and outstanding issues, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Act as the focal point between the Sector and Business Line (BL) representatives, coordinating HR, budgeting, and reporting activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Sector Executive Director (ED).

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
• Candidates should possess strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate with various departments and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working closely with HR, finance, and other support functions within the sector and with Business Line representatives.
