About the Role

Solaiman Bin Saleh Al-Mohileb Co. is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee the daily operations of its Ready-Mix Concrete Plant in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with over 10 years of experience to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production.

Role Overview

The Plant Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of the ready-mix concrete plant operations. This includes managing production, coordinating dispatches, overseeing maintenance, and ensuring stringent quality control. The role demands a focus on operational excellence, customer service, and adherence to company and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all plant operations, including production, dispatch coordination, maintenance, and quality control.
• Ensure the consistent production of high-quality ready-mix concrete in accordance with company and industry standards.
• Lead and supervise plant personnel, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor production efficiency, plant performance, and operational KPIs.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for plant equipment and machinery.
• Manage raw material inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, company policies, and environmental requirements.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet customer demands and delivery schedules.
• Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance analyses for senior management.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in Ready-Mix Concrete operations.
• At least 7 years of experience in a managerial role within the industry.
• Strong knowledge of concrete production processes, batching systems, quality standards, and plant maintenance.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and operational best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language proficiency is considered an advantage.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires hands-on management of plant operations.
