PMIS Specialist

About the Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a PMIS Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time position involves the implementation, customization, and support of Project Management Information Systems (PMIS), specifically PMWeb, within construction and engineering projects. The role requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in administering and implementing EDMS and/or PMIS.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, customize, and deliver projects into PMIS (PMWeb).
• Provide user and administration support for PMIS (PMWeb).
• Perform changes within PMIS using relevant design tools.
• Configure and deploy necessary changes to workflows, forms, configurations, and reports.
• Maintain and update documentation for support requests and system changes.
• Design and develop user guides.
• Interact with users to communicate solutions and provide training as needed.
• Assign and modify access control.
• Modify and develop business processes, forms, workflows, data elements, dynamic data elements, and dashboards.
• Assist with projects, including version updates, data migration from legacy systems, and ensuring data integrity.
• Configure projects, programs, and business processes.
• Configure workflow assignments and actions.
• Develop custom reports in SSRS and Power BI Paginated Reports.
• Supervise data entry and document control staff assigned to projects.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in administering and implementing EDMS and/or PMIS for construction or engineering projects.
• Proven experience in implementing PMWeb and Aconex.
• Strong knowledge of construction and engineering processes.

Technical Skills

• Technical hands-on experience with SQL and SQL Server, including custom forms development, data structure setup, database queries, SQL scripting, XML scripting, user setup, and access control.
• Experience with Visual Studio.
• Proficiency with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) for building and maintaining custom reports.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Queries for reporting, troubleshooting, and system customization.
• Experience with Power BI for developing interactive dashboards and data visualizations.
• Experience with integration systems through web services and database links.
• Very good technical understanding of PMWeb to assess the level of effort for support requests.
