PMIS Technical Specialist

About the Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a PMIS Specialist to join its team in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves contributing expertise to the implementation of project management information systems (PMIS) on large client programs within the EMEA region. The specialist will work as part of the implementation delivery team, operating with a degree of independence on assigned projects due to sufficient training, technical expertise, and exposure to the project and program environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and administer PMWeb to meet client and project requirements.
• Lead the development of integration scenarios between technologies such as PMIS and ERP or other specialist technology platforms using APIs, and manage the integration program.
• Adapt to and learn new technologies adopted by the company for various implementation projects.
• Utilize programming skills for the technical maintenance of PMIS applications.
• Lead information-gathering sessions with clients, analyze information, and prioritize requirements to understand business needs and support business plans.
• Perform data extraction from PMIS systems and build data models in the PowerBI layer for data analysis visualizations.
• Prepare technical documentation and deliver technical training programs to Client IT teams during the knowledge transfer phase for specialist technologies.
• Coordinate and review solution designs with key stakeholders.
• Provide day-to-day software operation support for internal and external business partners.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required.
• Demonstrated technical expertise in Project Management Information Systems.
• Experience with PMWeb implementation, configuration, and administration.
• Proficiency in programming for application maintenance.
• Experience with data extraction, data modeling, and visualization tools like PowerBI.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, with potential work in Umluj. The role involves working within a team focused on delivering PMIS solutions for large client programs.
