About the Role

DXC Technology is seeking a PMO Analyst Airports to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience, providing essential support to the Program Management Office (PMO) by maintaining program controls, data, reporting, and documentation. The primary objective is to ensure programs remain organized and transparent.

Role Overview

The PMO Analyst provides day-to-day analytical and coordination support across various program management functions. This includes governance, planning, risk management, change control, and reporting. The role is critical in ensuring that all program information is accurate, timely, and consistent, contributing to effective program oversight and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain program trackers, logs, and the comprehensive reporting pack, including status updates, milestones, actions, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Consolidate inputs from various workstreams to produce accurate and timely reports and dashboards for program stakeholders.
• Manage program documentation, templates, and the central document repository to ensure accessibility and version control.
• Support governance forums by assisting with scheduling, preparing necessary papers, documenting minutes, tracking actions, and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Maintain and actively follow up on RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), change, and dependency logs to keep them current and relevant.
• Provide administrative support for resource management and onboarding processes across the program.
• Conduct checks on data quality and consistency across all program artifacts.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes and tooling.

Required Skills and Experience
