Role Overview: Principal Strategist, Inspire Value

ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Strategist, Inspire Value, for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role involves leading digital transformation advisory engagements and providing strategic guidance to customers. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage executives to define and manage custom industry-aligned digital transformation advisory engagements for selected customers, utilizing ServiceNow methodologies.
• Lead discovery workshops with leadership teams of prospective and existing customers to identify goals and challenges.
• Document and present insights and recommended solutions to address customer objectives.
• Develop high-quality deliverables that communicate strategic alignment, outline multi-year roadmaps, and document comprehensive business cases to support proposed actions.
• Communicate and provide advice in both one-on-one and group settings.

Strategic Contributions

• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to develop account plans and sales strategies for regional accounts.
• Offer expertise to assist in assessing and prioritizing accounts and strategies.
• Provide full lifecycle advice on business outcomes and value realization.
• Demonstrate thought leadership in the field.
• Identify and lead the development of new intellectual property, including best practices, white papers, and workshops.
• Improve existing methods and frameworks.
• Work with and enable ServiceNow teams on a business consulting approach to sales.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess 10 years of experience in a relevant field, demonstrating the ability to manage complex advisory engagements and contribute to strategic planning.
