Epergne Solutions is seeking a Retail Strategy Senior Lead to join our team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position focused on supporting retail banking strategy and transformation initiatives.

Role Overview

The Retail Strategy Senior Lead will play a key role in supporting retail banking strategy, transformation, business performance, and governance initiatives. This position involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders to drive strategic programs, monitor performance, and provide essential management insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of Retail Banking strategy and transformation initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate strategic programs, projects, and PMO activities.
• Track KPIs, business performance, milestones, risks, issues, and delivery progress.
• Prepare Management Information (MI), dashboards, management reports, and executive presentations.
• Analyze business performance, financials, and key business drivers.
• Support business planning, performance improvement, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Coordinate sales performance and incentive management activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Support change management and assess the impact of business, process, and system changes.
• Facilitate senior stakeholder meetings and management committees.
• Provide leadership support to the Retail Strategy & Transformation function.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.
• Proven experience in retail banking strategy, transformation, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and drive strategic programs.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves working within a dynamic team focused on strategic initiatives within retail banking.
