Procurement Engineer / Saudi

About the Role

Esnad Contracting is seeking to hire three Procurement Engineers to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves managing the procurement process for various engineering materials and services within the company's projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement of engineering materials, equipment, spare parts, and technical services.
• Prepare Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and evaluate supplier quotations both technically and commercially.
• Source and evaluate potential suppliers, and negotiate prices and commercial terms.
• Review technical specifications, drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and material requirements.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate effectively with Engineering, Projects, Quality, Warehouse, and Finance teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience, with a preference for 5-10 years, in procurement, particularly within construction or engineering projects.
• Good knowledge of engineering materials, equipment, and supplier management practices.
• Experience with ERP/SAP systems is preferred.
