Role Overview

AECOM is seeking a Procurement Specialist IV to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves performing advanced to complex procurement tasks, ensuring the acquisition of supplies and services aligns with company standards and specifications. The role operates under very general direction, indicating a high level of autonomy and requiring significant experience in procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced to complex procurement tasks within the designated field.
• Purchase supplies and services from vendors at the lowest cost, adhering to company standards and specifications.
• Prepare requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Analyze received quotes and select appropriate vendors.
• Schedule and expedite deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
• Follow up on invoices to ensure proper processing and payment.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex procurement processes independently.
• Proficiency in vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
