About the Role

Musanadah Facilities Management is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to supporting daily procurement operations, ensuring the efficient acquisition of goods and services for the company.

Role Purpose

The Procurement Specialist plays a crucial part in managing the supply chain by sourcing necessary goods and services and coordinating effectively with both suppliers and internal stakeholders. The primary objective is to facilitate timely and cost-effective purchasing activities, strictly adhering to established company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end procurement process for various materials, equipment, and services.
• Prepare and accurately process purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• Source and obtain supplier quotations, assisting with detailed price and technical comparisons.
• Coordinate closely with internal departments to thoroughly understand and address their specific procurement needs.
• Maintain precise procurement records, comprehensive documentation, and updated databases.
• Follow up proactively with suppliers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and invoice processing.
• Assist in the supplier evaluation and vendor registration processes to ensure a robust supplier network.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 4+ years of demonstrated experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
