Conduct market research and understand customer needs in the aesthetic medical sector, especially home-use products.
Develop innovative ideas for new devices or enhance performance and design of existing devices.
Coordinate with R&D and design teams to ensure product development meets medical and aesthetic standards.
Test new devices and technologies to ensure effectiveness and safety.
Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure high-quality components and technologies.
Prepare technical and marketing reports about products for management review.
Monitor product performance in the market and collect customer feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Welcoming customers and assisting them in choosing the appropriate products.
Providing clear information about products and services to customers.
Conducting sales and payment processes smoothly and quickly.
Maintaining the arrangement of products and displaying them attractively in the store.
Monitoring product inventory and ensuring availability.
Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Achieving the required sales goals.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales or customer service.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with various types of customers.
Flexibility and ability to solve problems quickly.
Familiarity with computer basics for recording sales.

Working Hours:

8 hours daily, two days off per week. Working on Friday is optional with an additional bonus for each Friday worked.
